Ticket Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our 7-Day Ticket Refund Policy allows you to request a refund for your tickets under the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility.
    Refund requests must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled event date. Tickets purchased less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
  2. How to Request a Refund?
    Refund requests can be submitted via the “Contact Us” form here. Please provide your order confirmation number and ticket number.
  3. Processing Time.
    Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
  4. Exceptions.
    Refunds are not available within 7 days of the event.
  5. Force Majeure.
    In cases of event cancellation or postponement by the organizer you can request a refund for your tickets.


Return Policy

  • We accept returns within 15 days of the original purchase date.
  • All returned items must be in their original condition

  • We do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.


What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact our support team with photos of the damaged or incorrect item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
